It begins with a single cloud, tainting the clear light blue sky. It is white, soft and distant, and you are quite sure it'll never travel the huge gap that set you apart. Later, you realise that the whole horizon is cloudy, and this time you can see they're grey, but still distant. You only notice them again when the ray of sunlight which was hitting your face stops bothering you. You lift your eyes and see that the once blue sky has turned deep dark grey. Outside, the wind sweeps the leaves and gently bends the trees, bringing more and more clouds to pour over you. After all, only now you realise they've come after you...
